Trafiko is creating change in driving license education. Our goal is to make driving theory accessible and educational for everyone. We are now looking for an engaged teacher/educator to lead our theory courses in central Kalmar.

About the role

As a course leader with us, you play a key role in creating a positive and educational experience for our students. Your task will be to convey the course content in an inspiring way while guiding students towards achieving the Swedish Transport Agency's educational goals. We offer the freedom to adapt the material so you can make each course your own, while we are available as support and sounding board when needed.

You do not need any prior knowledge of driving theory – we provide you with all the training and materials you need to succeed. The most important thing is that you have a pedagogical mindset, are willing to learn, and can work independently.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license
• Has a documented pedagogical education (at least six months) or at least one year of teaching experience
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is comfortable using digital tools
• Can work evenings

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in educating (young) adults
• Availability to work weekends

Working hours and compensation

Each course session is approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes, including time for welcoming participants and tidying up after the course. Courses are primarily held on weekday evenings, with about 1-3 courses per month.

Compensation: 1100 SEK per course session excluding vacation pay (1232 SEK including vacation pay).
